To learn more about ECF, please visit our website at www.ecfinc.net Who Are We Hiring: ECF is hiring a Fabrication Project Manager to join our team at our corporate office in Columbia, IL to manage the design and fabrication of our skid mounted process equipment. The Fabrication Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of each fabrication opportunity including the design (process mechanical, structural, electrical, & controls), estimating, contracting, procurement, scheduling, startup, and profitability. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. Job Description: • Self-starter, self-motivator, here is a project make it happen start to finish! • Based out of the ECF corporate office in Columbia, IL (we do not offer “remote” or "hybrid" workplace) • ~30% travel primarily via commercial airlines to project locations throughout the continental United States (single day, multi day & full week trips) • Design, estimate, procure equipment & materials, manage fabrication & assembly, and field start-up/commissioning of turnkey industrial process skid assemblies for the handling, modification, and processing of liquid asphalt and other products for use in liquid asphalt storage terminals. • Manage quality, accuracy, and detail of finished product ensuring the final product meets the expectations of our customers and ECF. • Manage in-house design/engineering elements: PFD’s, P&ID’s, process piping, structural, equipment sizing & specifications, general electrical and controls. • Manage outside service providers including industrial fabricators, electrical/controls/PLC integrator, etc. • Responsible for project P&L and held accountable for profitably • Direct point of contact for customer • Contract negotiation with customer, vendors, and subcontractors • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficient • Helpful but not required to have AutoCAD experience for those times when you need to review our CAD drawings or design, draw up, and detail something yourself • Helpful but not required to have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction/Project Management. • Helpful but not required to have familiarity with industrial process skid fabrication, ASME B31.3 (process piping), electrical instrumentation, controls, and power design, PLC coding/programing. • Fabrication Project Manager reports directly to the Vice President and is supported by the President, Business Development Manager, designers/drafters, and administrative staff. • Secondary job responsibilities as a Project Manager for ECF’s Mechanical Division which includes: Manage turn-key heavy industrial construction projects from inception through completion (Project development, design, estimating, procurement, permitting, civil, tank construction, mechanical, electrical, etc.). Manage industrial process piping construction projects utilizing ECF’s internal construction crews (pipe fitters, pipe welders, pipe insulators, and laborers) • At-Will Employment: Employment with ECF is at-will and either party can terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without cause and with or without notice. • Employment Agreement: An offer of employment is contingent upon executing ECF’s Employment Agreement which includes a 2-year non-compete clause. • Current or receipt of a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is a condition of employment. • Drug-Free Workplace: ECF is a Drug-Free Workplace. Employees are subject to Pre-Employment, Post-Incident, Reasonable Suspicion, Group Suspicion, Random, and Wall-to-Wall drug and alcohol testing. Benefits: • Compensation: Salary Based; Weekly pay period • Office Hours: Monday thru Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per year. Accrues weekly upon employment. Eligible to use as accrued. 3 weeks per year after 5 years of employment. All unused Paid Vacation rolls over year to year or may be cashed in for pay. • Paid Sick/Personal Days: 1 week per year issued each July 1st. Unused Paid Sick/Personal Days expire on June 30th of each year. • Paid Holidays: 10 paid holiday days • Retirement Package: Empower 401k retirement plan. 100% ECF contribution match up to 6% of yearly salary. Eligible after 1 year of employment. • Health Insurance: United Healthcare health insurance. Eligible after 90 days of employment. 65% premium paid by ECF. $62.56/wk Employee only, $164.97/wk Employee + Spouse, $129.86/wk Employee + Child(ren), $226.41/wk Employee +Family (Current rates subject to change) • Dental Insurance: Sun Life dental insurance. Eligible after 90 days of employment. $7.90/wk Employee only, $14.84/wk Employee and one, $24.85/wk Family (Current rates subject to change) • Disability Insurance: Reliance disability insurance. Eligible after 90 days of employment. 100% premium paid by Employee. Rate dependent on age and amount of coverage. (Current rate can be provided upon request) • Life Insurance: $50,000 GE Life insurance policy. 100% premium paid by ECF. Eligible after 90 days of employment. $20,000 Federal Insurance accidental life insurance policy while on the job. 100% premium paid by ECF. Eligible after 90 days of employment.
