The Senior Software Engineer II will lead the design, development, and deployment of the EBizCharge–Infor FACTS integration, focusing on payment processing and data synchronization. They will collaborate with Product Managers to define integration requirements and ensure compliance with security standards.
Candidates should have over 3 years of experience with Infor FACTS ERP development and proficiency in ProvideX 4GL. A solid understanding of API integration, payment workflows, and familiarity with SQL and Agile practices is also required.
Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of the new EBizCharge–Infor FACTS integration. Develop integration modules to support: Payment processing and tokenization Invoice and AR data synchronization Cash application and reconciliation Automated posting to GL and customer accounts Collaborate with Product Managers to define integration requirements and merchant use cases. Build and maintain APIs, middleware, or connectors for communication between FACTS and EBizCharge’s cloud services. Ensure integration meets security, compliance, and PCI standards. Write and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and version notes. Support pilot customers and resolve integration-related issues. Contribute to testing, QA automation, and release management for the FACTS integration. Stay current with Infor FACTS updates, ProvideX enhancements, and industry best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor FACTS ERP development and customization. Proficiency with ProvideX 4GL and related development tools. Understanding ProvideX common browser components and how to integrate with them. Experience working with Infor FACTS data structures, modules, and business logic (Accounts Receivable, Order Entry, GL). Proven experience integrating FACTS with external systems via APIs, or middleware. Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data mapping. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and payment workflows in ERP environments. Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, and data migration tools. Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally. Prior experience integrating with payment gateways or financial systems. Familiarity with other ERP-integrated payment solutions. Knowledge of Infor FACTS Customization framework. Exposure to cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and secure tokenized payment systems.
