We are looking for a motivated Patient Care Coordinator to maintain patient and client exceptional care by being timely, detail oriented, and caring. Starting salary is $16-$19 per hour (depending on experience) with the opportunity to earn raises with exceptional work. A typical week as a Patient Care Coordinator might include the following: Communication and connection. You will be working with clients, patients, and insurance carriers to obtain information, dispense products and services, and maintain relationships with them while doing so. Heart and hustle. To us it is personal! Working independently, you’ll be using your out-of-the-box critical thinking skills to support clients and patients. Urgency and accuracy. You will be working with multiple deadlines and must achieve exceptional accuracy to maintain relationships and protect our business. Daily tasks you will be completing: Calling patients to help staff their order Staffing an order means you will find the medical product or service that the patient is needing Client communication on a daily basis updating on the referral process Medical coding for the order The role might be right for you if you have: · Detail Oriented. This role is tedious at times and it is easy to blow through work. You will need to balance speed and accuracy. · Clear communication skills. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you’re comfortable communicating in person, in writing and on the phone. You’ll also need to have well-developed listening skills. · Self-motivate and drive to succeed. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. You’re going to take ownership of the time you spend with Eaze Medical Solutions patients and clients and truly make a difference. · High emotional intelligence. In your role, you will be working with a diverse range of situations and people. It is important to be able to have emotional regulation and awareness. · Outstanding time management skills. In this role, you will be working under multiple deadlines, it is important you have honed in your time management skills. · Computer literacy. We rely on a number of digital tools to help you execute your work and keep you accountable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suits is required.
