Lead entire project lifecycle from development to launch, ensuring financial and operational targets are met, and coordinate across engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
Minimum 5 years of program management experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing, with proficiency in project methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Capable to lead the entire project lifecycle—from development through launch—ensuring delivery of business case financial targets for NPI, STP, and VAVE programs. Create and implement comprehensive project management plans that meet scope, schedule, and financial objectives, guide teams through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Utilize standard program management processes, tools, systems, and metrics to ensure operational cadence, agility, and transparency. Lead and foster strong cross-functional teams to achieve accountability and performance standards for commercial, technical, and manufacturing readiness at start of production. Promote team dynamics by leveraging individual strengths, providing feedback and coaching, and driving proactive risk mitigation and structured problem-solving. Expand expertise across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to support program success. Influence and secure baseline business case expectations with stakeholders, including scope, benefits, costs, assumptions, risks/opportunities, milestones, and alternative scenarios. Clearly articulate and manage business case financials; develop negotiation strategies with functional partners to uphold commitments in customer and supplier contracts. Ensure robust change management processes and appropriate contract language. Design and implement effective communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders, addressing customer needs, leadership updates, and team alignment. Tailor messaging and lead project/program reviews across multiple leadership levels to enable informed decision-making and risk mitigation. Forecast, consolidate, and manage regional capital spending while maintaining the CapEx budget. Coordinate CAR approvals with senior leadership and drive automation in capital execution using PM champion structure. Collaborate with Product Line and Operations to gather capacity data for reinvestment prioritization. Manage monthly decapitalization reporting and serve as liaison with division finance for spend execution and forecasting Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Minimum 5 years experience in Program Management or combination of Program Management with Operations Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering Master's Degree Automotive experience PMP Certification from PMI (Project Management Institute) Experience in requirements and risk management Knowledge in product and project portfolio management principles Proven experience managing and leading projects through complete life cycle Proficiency in program and project management methodologies, processes and tools Understanding of operational processes, manufacturing systems, and supply chain principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence without direct authority
