Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, electrical industry, or related fields, with a bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the Commercial Construction and/or Industrial market segments, and ability to drive financial performance Strong leadership and team management skills, along with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Experience in an indirect sales model working with channel distribution Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales or marketing developing and executing strategies Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum 10 years of experience in Field Sales or Marketing This includes competitive pay and a variety of benefit programs for eligible employees. The expected annual salary range for this role is $141346.17 - $207307.72 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
