Why This Role Matters Data Centers are the backbone of the digital world—and Eaton is expanding its presence in the White Space segment with cutting-edge solutions like Rack PDUs, IT Racks, Fiber & Copper connectivity, KVMs, ATS, and software. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving this growth across Southern Europe. What You'll Do • Drive Growth: Develop sales of Eaton’s White Space portfolio to large Data Center customers. • Own Your Territory: Manage key accounts and a defined geographical region. • Build Relationships: Engage end-users, channel partners, and Eaton sales teams through direct interaction and industry events. • Shape Strategy: Identify routes to market and coordinate the ecosystem (consultants, contractors, integrators, VARs). • Lead Projects: From tender responses to deployment follow-up, ensure customer success. • Analyze & Report: Provide win/loss analysis, forecasts, and market insights to influence product strategy. What We're Looking For • Education: Engineering degree preferred; knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications is a plus. • Experience: 5+ years in Sales or Business Development roles, ideally in IT or Data Center industry.
