About the Role We’re looking for a highly-skilled compliance training expert who can leverage AI tools to create, scale, and optimize compliance course development. This role blends instructional design, compliance expertise, and AI innovation — perfect for someone who’s passionate about building smarter, faster, and higher-impact training processes. You’ll play a key role in expanding our compliance course catalog by brainstorming, outlining, QA-ing, and implementing legal compliance trainings. Beyond content creation, you’ll bring a product mindset — constantly iterating on our internal workflows, testing AI tools, and improving how we scale training production across the content team. Responsibilities Brainstorm, outline, QA, and deliver high-quality legal compliance courses efficiently, while ensuring clarity, accessibility, and engagement. Ensure legal compliance courses meet federal and state regulatory standards as defined by our legal experts. Partner with Legal teams ****to ensure all content is accurate and up to date. Innovate new ways to improve course creation through AI-driven workflows and automation. Create AI-assisted processes to accelerate content production (e.g.prompt libraries, templates) Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to refine authoring tools and internal systems. Skills & Qualifications Expertise in creating compliance training (such as OSHA, workplace safety, data privacy), showcasing deep knowledge of compliance trainings and their respective training requirements. Proven experience translating regulatory requirements into relatable training, preferably in a digital or LMS format. Experience working with legal teams or compliance stakeholders. High comfort with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar). Track record of optimizing workflows using AI to improve quality, speed, or scalability. Strong written communication, instructional design, and attention to detail. Experience with course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline/360 Learning Who You Are You’re not just a compliance trainer — you’re a builder who loves exploring how AI can transform the way content gets made.
