Our engaging, fun, and interactive training helps millions of employees worldwide build a safer, more positive, and inclusive workplace. As we continue to set the standard in compliance solutions, our vision extends far beyond training—we aim to partner with thousands of organizations to reduce employee risk and foster a more inclusive and secure environment for all. With world-class customer reviews—boasting a 96% rating on G2 from over 100 reviews—and industry-leading NPS and Customer Satisfaction scores, EasyLlama is proud to have earned the trust of over 5,000 clients, including brands like Shake Shack, WeightWatchers, Sephora, JiffyLube, and Y Combinator. Our mobile-friendly platform delivers on-demand, self-paced, and bite-sized solutions that meet employees where they are, increasing engagement and retention. At EasyLlama, we are not just transforming compliance training—we are challenging the status quo. We have a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and getting things done. What You’ll Do: Marketing, Sales & Partner Operations Deliver full visibility into lead generation and conversion by channel, campaign, and customer segment. Identify the most effective demand gen plays and enable Marketing to double down on what works. Standardize sales processes, reporting, and forecasting models to deliver predictable revenue outcomes across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. Build and automate commission systems aligned to SQL creation, closed revenue, and retention. Track partner-sourced and influenced pipeline performance; standardize handoffs between Partnerships, Sales, and CS to maximize joint revenue. Leverage automation and AI-driven workflows for enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and pipeline insights. Customer Success & Expansion Create standardized renewal and expansion playbooks that drive consistent execution across segments. Improve account health scoring and deploy churn prediction models integrated into GTM reporting. Operationalize product usage and adoption data into revenue signals that guide CS-led expansion and upsell plays. Deploy AI-driven insights that surface expansion opportunities and at-risk accounts in real time. Forecasting, Systems & Data Visibility Deliver a single source of truth for pipeline, bookings, churn, and expansion segmented by motion, segment, and source. Standardize reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management to improve win rates, velocity, and forecast accuracy. Partner with Engineering to design scalable data architecture, integrations, and pipelines. Build and operationalize an agentic AI infrastructure that powers forecasting, enrichment, churn prediction, and expansion signals — ensuring workflows are automated, scalable, and measurable for ROI. Leadership, Enablement & Operating Rhythms Lead and mentor the RevOps IC and contractors, building a proactive, high-performing function. Run the revenue operating cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) that drives accountability and alignment. Deliver executive-ready insights that shape leadership strategy and decision-making. Translate goals into clear execution plans with owners, timelines, and success metrics. Drive change management and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes through enablement, not just rollout. Educated & Strategic – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA a plus). You’ve built forecasting models with <10% variance, automated commission systems, and attribution dashboards that improved funnel ROI. Multi-Segment & Multi-Motion Fluent – Proven success supporting SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments, across Sales-led, CS-led, Partner, and PLG motions. Analytical & Data-Driven – You know how to turn complex metrics (CAC, LTV, NRR, GRR, pipeline velocity, win rates) into clear insights that shape strategy. Cross-Functional Leader – Trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Engineering; skilled at building alignment and driving execution. Innovator & Builder – You embrace automation and agentic AI workflows, deploying enrichment, churn alerts, partner mapping, and forecasting infrastructure to uncover growth opportunities and scale GTM efficiency.
