Company: Easy-Logic (EZL) – A Fast-Growing EDA Innovator Location: Remote (U.S. Based – Bay Area / Pacific Time Zone Focus) Type: Fractional / Part-Time Consulting The Opportunity Easy-Logic (EZL) is a high-growth EDA innovator headquartered in Hong Kong. Following a track record of proven success with Tier-1 semiconductor leaders across Mainland China, Taiwan, and Korea, we are now ready to launch our North American expansion. We are seeking a Fractional Regional Sales Director—a seasoned EDA leader and "market maker"—to spearhead our commercial entry into the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a senior industry professional or semi-retired executive who thrives on autonomy, possesses a deep network in Silicon Valley, and enjoys the challenge of scaling a high-potential technology. The Role: Strategic & Hands-On As our first dedicated commercial presence in North America, you will own the end-to-end revenue cycle. You will act as the face of Easy-Logic to U.S. customers while orchestrating our deep technical resources in Asia to close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Market Entry & Sales Leadership: Drive the full sales lifecycle—from initial lead qualification and "top-of-funnel" discovery to high-stakes negotiation and contract execution. Technical Sales Orchestration: Act as the strategic bridge between U.S. customers and our engineering teams. Coordinate technical demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Q&A sessions with local FAEs and R&D teams in Asia. Deal Structuring: Develop commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and multi-year licensing agreements tailored for the U.S. ecosystem. Ecosystem Building: Establish the "North American Playbook," representing EZL at key industry events (DAC, DVCon) and identifying strategic partners to accelerate market penetration. The Qualifications Industry Veteran: 8+ years of proven success in sales or business development within the EDA, Semiconductor IP, or Design Services sectors. Domain Expertise: A solid understanding of digital implementation flows, ECO (Engineering Change Order) methodologies, SoC design, or verification tools. The "Rolodex": An established network of decision-makers (Engineering VPs, CAD Managers, and Procurement) at major U.S. semiconductor firms. Cross-Cultural Agility: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage the time-zone "bridge" between the U.S. and Asia. Language (Preferred): Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage, enabling seamless collaboration with our R&D headquarters. Why Easy-Logic?
