We are seeking a Influencer & Content Marketing Associate Manager to support our client’s team. Created/Revised Date: 7/2 Anticipated Closing Date: 8/2 Job Title: Influencer & Content Marketing, Associate Manager Location: Irvine, CA Shift: 9-6 Monday - Friday • [The salary range for this position is expected to be between $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.] Employment Type: Full time FLSA Status: Non exempt Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-6 Influencer & Content Marketing Associate Manager Overview We're seeking a strategic and execution-driven Influencer & Content Marketing Associate Manager to help lead influencer marketing and content strategy for the U.S. market. This role will drive influencer partnerships, content planning, and campaign execution while optimizing performance to increase brand awareness and engagement. Platform management is handled by a separate team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives. Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships from briefing through campaign execution. Create engaging influencer and brand content that aligns with the company's voice and goals. Monitor social and cultural trends to identify new content opportunities. Analyze campaign performance and optimize content based on engagement and ROI. Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, agencies, and creators to execute campaigns. Manage external vendors and influencer platforms while supporting paid social and SEM initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 4–6+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing. Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and content strategies from concept through execution. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content. Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Consumer, lifestyle, beauty, food & beverage, or CPG experience preferred. Knowledge of Korean culture/K-pop and Korean language skills are a plus.
