Job Title: Growth Marketing Specialist, LATAM (Remote – US-Based) Pay: $36–$40/hour Location: Remote (U.S. Based – Central or Mountain Time preferred, open to others) Schedule: Full-time Contract Length: 18 weeks Start Date: October 6, 2025 End Date: January 23, 2026 Job Type: Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage) About the Role We are hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist on an 18-week contract to support digital marketing initiatives across the Latin American (LATAM) region. This role will focus on increasing regional visibility and driving pipeline growth through strategic execution of integrated marketing campaigns. As a growth-focused marketer, you will play a hands-on role in executing multi-channel campaigns across paid search (SEM), display advertising, social media, and content syndication—while localizing efforts for the LATAM market. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing campaigns tailored to LATAM audiences • Manage full-funnel campaign execution across paid media, social, and digital platforms • Lead localization workflows for marketing assets, landing pages, and messaging • Partner with sales and global marketing teams to align campaign strategies and support sales enablement • Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools • Identify and implement data-driven optimizations to increase engagement, conversions, and pipeline contribution Qualifications • Professional fluency in Spanish (required) • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital campaign execution, or demand generation • Proven success in B2B marketing environments, ideally within enterprise tech or SaaS • Deep understanding of LATAM markets and regional marketing nuances • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing performance tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment Additional Details • This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave • Candidates must be located in the United States • Preference given to those in Central or Mountain Time, but flexibility exists for other U.S. time zones Benefits: Use this link bit.ly/4cGUQSh to learn more about benefits available to Eastridge’s temporary employees.
