About the Role Eastridge Workforce Solutions is expanding into the Raleigh market and is seeking a foundational full-desk recruiting professional to help launch and grow our local presence. This is a true greenfield opportunity for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and owning the full lifecycle of client and candidate relationships. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we enter the Raleigh market — from developing client relationships to defining recruiting and delivery strategies in partnership with leadership. What You’ll Do Market Build & Business Development • Serve as a key contributor in launching and growing Eastridge’s Raleigh market • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and local market engagement • Conduct prospecting calls, emails, and messaging to generate leads and schedule client meetings • Qualify new leads and manage the sales funnel from initial outreach through signed agreements • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline to support sustainable growth within the territory • Attend local networking events, conferences, and community engagements to expand brand presence • Partner with internal marketing and leadership teams to drive brand awareness in the Raleigh market Recruiting & Delivery • Recruit across a wide range of positions, from executive-level to entry-level, with a strong focus on technical and specialized roles • Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies for each requisition • Conduct candidate interviews in person or virtually • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and placement • Ensure job postings, career page, and social channels reflect Eastridge’s culture and values • Act as a consultant to clients and candidates, providing insight into market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies • Support or host local HR or talent-focused events to build community presence and brand awareness Account Management & Client Partnership • Develop strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders • Take detailed job orders and probe effectively to understand client needs, priorities, and expectations • Build long-term loyalty with clients and candidates through consistent communication and quality follow-ups • Market top talent to both new and existing clients to grow accounts and generate new opportunities • Re-engage dormant accounts and identify opportunities to re-activate relationships • Conduct in-person client visits to deepen partnerships and better understand business needs • Drive consistent performance, with an expectation of producing $25,000+ in gross profit per month through successful placements and client growth What We’re Looking For • Experience in full-desk / 360 recruiting or staffing sales within the staffing industry • Proven comfort with business development, outbound outreach, and building client relationships from scratch • Ability to operate independently in a new-market, high-autonomy environment • Strong relationship-building, consultative communication, and client-facing skills • Background recruiting for technical, professional, or specialized roles • Metrics-driven mindset with strong attention to data integrity and follow-through • High level of ownership, accountability, and customer service orientation • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term market growth and impact Why This Opportunity • Be a foundational hire in a brand-new Raleigh market • High visibility and partnership with senior leadership • Opportunity to shape strategy, client mix, and growth approach from day one • Entrepreneurial environment with long-term career upside If you’re excited by the idea of building a market, owning your impact, and growing something meaningful from the ground up, we’d love to connect.
