Eastridge Workforce Solutions is relaunching and expanding our Construction Direct Hire team. We’re seeking an experienced construction staffing recruiter to help grow this specialty across key markets including Phoenix, Nevada, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on placing mid- to senior-level construction professionals. The ideal candidate brings proven 360/full-desk skills in construction staffing, strong sales capabilities, and (ideally) a book of business they can activate. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS Recruiting – Construction Direct Hire Focus • Recruit for mid- to senior-level construction positions (Foreman through Project Executive), typically with GC and specialty contractor clients. • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, client submittals, offer negotiations, and placement. • Build targeted pipelines of construction professionals in assigned markets (PHX, NV, WI, MA). • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with construction labor availability, jobsite timelines, travel requirements, and certifications. • Interview candidates via video, phone, or in-person when appropriate. • Serve as a consultative expert on construction hiring trends, market rates, jobsite conditions, project workflows, and talent availability. Business Development – GC & Specialty Contractor Focus • Prospect and develop new construction clients, primarily General Contractors and specialty trades. • Leverage existing book of business or established relationships (strong preference). • Conduct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking) to generate new leads and client meetings. • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement. • Build a scalable client pipeline to support the growth of the Construction DH specialty. • Attend relevant construction association events and networking groups (virtual or in market). Account Management • Develop trusted partnerships with hiring managers, project leaders, and senior construction executives. • Take thorough job orders, understanding project timelines, role scope, certifications, and project specs. • Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure strong client and candidate relationships. • Conduct quarterly site or client visits when possible (remote-friendly). • Market high-demand construction talent to new and existing clients to generate additional business. • Reactivate dormant construction accounts to accelerate market penetration. • Achieve a minimum of $25,000 in gross profit per month ($75,000 per quarter). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Construction staffing agency experience is required • Strong sales background with proven success in 360/full-desk roles • Experience recruiting for GC-facing roles (Foreman → Project Executive) • Ability to bring or quickly build a book of business • Ability to work remotely with discipline, accountability, and strong communication • Comfortable selling into construction client environments (GCs, specialty trades, developers) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Existing relationships with construction clients in PHX, NV, MA, or WI • Strong local knowledge of construction labor markets in assigned territories • Previous success growing or launching a niche vertical PERKS & BENEFITS: At the center of Eastridge Workforce Solutions' values is the belief that the most important thing we do is continue to hire the best people and create a workplace where they can thrive.
