Join us to find the best—be the talent behind the talent! • *Voted Raleigh’s Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleigh’s Best Mental Health Services two years in a row! ** Your Role in Our Mission The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting of all positions in our clinics, including licensed clinical substance use and behavioral health professionals and entry-level caregiver positions. The TAS works closely with front-line leaders to build their teams by matching them with IDEAL, "right fit" candidates. Communication, collaboration, relationship building, active listening, and learning skills are needed for the TAS to provide an engaging candidate experience as well as stay up-to-date with the market and recruiting trends. This position works mostly remote with weekly travel within the assigned service area for career and community events and occasional travel to HQ in Raleigh for team events.
