Benefits: • Low-cost Dental/Health/Vision insurance • Dependent care reimbursement, and up to 5 days paid FMLA for maternity, paternity, foster care and adoption. • Generous 401K retirement plan • Paid Leave Options Available • Up to $125 bonus for taking 5 days off in a row. • 10 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays (Over 30 days total of paid time off) • Wellness Programs • We are a PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Employer. • We provide bonuses and extra incentives to reward hard work & dedication. • Mileage reimbursement in accordance with IRS rate. • Free financial planning services through our partnerships with the LoVasco Consulting Group, and SoFi. • Student loan repayment options • Pet Insurance Qualifications: • High School Diplmoa or equivilent • Experience working in healthcare Duties and Responsibilities: • Engage individuals in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner even during acute phase. • Answers telephone calls. • Complete BHUC check-in procedures such as creating and updating charts in the electronic medical record, collecting insurance and financial information and inputting into the electronic medical record, collecting consent for treatment. • Keeps waiting room and treatment rooms neat and clean. • Triages individuals as the check-in for behavioral health urgent care including determining if the individual needs higher level of care. • Collect medical histories and records vital signs. • Prepares individuals for BHUC services and explains treatment procedures to patients as needed. • Provide support, education, and reinforce the use of prescribed medications to treat substance use and behavioral health disorders. • Orders/obtains injectable medications from the onsite pharmacy as directed by a physician.
