We have exciting opportunities and are hiring for multiple preschools, daycares, and childcare centers in Southfield / Oak Park and surrounding areas in greater Detroit, MI. We are looking for both lead teachers and assistant teachers for our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. Responsibilities: • Interact affectionately and respectfully with children. • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. • Communicate professionally and warmly with peers, children, and parents. • Collaborate effectively and work well with other teachers and school staff members. • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures while supervising the children at all times. Teacher Qualifications: • High School diploma (or equivalent) is required. • Previous experience working in daycare, preschool, or child care settings with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children is preferred. • Coursework in early childhood education and child development is preferred.
