We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a background in electrical engineering to lead and coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary product development programs. This role requires a high-level view across multiple active projects, driving cross-functional teams toward delivery, ensuring schedules and milestones are met, and aligning engineering execution with business and budget objectives. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills.Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment (such as ion implanters, plasma etchers, or deposition tools) is highly desirable, as is deep familiarity with the challenges of delivering RF or DC power systems in precision industrial environments.The ideal candidate will have PMP certification, demonstrated success managing full product development lifecycles, and the leadership acumen to keep diverse technical teams aligned, focused, and executing on time. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and other regulations, policies and projects, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder). Key Job Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical and pulsed power engineering programs from concept through release • Coordinate across engineering, operations, supply chain, product management, and external partners to ensure program objectives are met • Maintain top-level visibility across multiple concurrent projects; manage dependencies, identify critical paths, and resolve resource conflicts • Drive schedule adherence and risk management efforts; develop mitigation plans and ensure timely communication of status and issues to stakeholders • Own and continuously improve program management processes, reporting mechanisms, and documentation standards • Track program metrics and performance KPIs; facilitate executive reviews and provide clear, concise updates to leadership • Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality requirements, including compliance with internal and customer standards • Serve as a technical liaison where necessary, bridging understanding between engineering and non-technical stakeholders About This Team The technical program manager team tracks technical and business issues across programs and recommends solutions to executive leadership in a prompt manner. They must effectively communicate project status and suggest changes to use company resources most efficiently. TPMs propose solutions to technical constraints in response to crisis injects using their technical expertise and experience, as well as provide solutions for escalated quality problems, while avoiding bottlenecks in the development cycle via constant review of the velocity of product development. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline • 5+ years of technical program management experience in a complex engineering environment • Proven success managing full product lifecycle programs, from R&D through production release • PMP certification • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; able to influence without direct authority • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence) and program reporting dashboards Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in or with cleanroom environments and understanding of semiconductor fab operational constraints • Familiarity with engineering change control processes, DFMEA, and design validation methodologies • Exposure to global supplier management and outsourcing in hardware-heavy development projects • Experience with semiconductor capital equipment or RF power system product delivery in industrial applications EHT is an ethical employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. • *Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $160,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. EHT is a total compensation company.
