Through hands-on rotations, mentorship, and structured learning, you’ll gain a 360° view of the business and be ready to step into an internal leadership role immediately upon completion of the two-year program. What You’ll Experience • Rotations across core functions such as Project Management, Operations, Logistics, Inventory Control, Sales, Product Management, Business Management, Purchasing, and more. • Mentorship sessions with experienced leaders who will guide your growth • Travel to training sessions across the country for broader exposure • Structured coursework in electrical systems, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0 methodologies, sales, and management to build a strong leadership foundation Who is this for? • Recent/Upcoming graduates with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field • Those who are willing to relocate and travel during the program • Motivated individuals eager to launch a leadership career and learn how every part of the business operates • Self‑starters with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit Nice-to-Have • Master’s degree. • Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing. • Background or education in the electrical industry or a related field
