Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Solutions Architect to join our team as a technical leader in presales engineering and implementation of advanced networking solutions. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring deep knowledge of enterprise networking technologies from leading manufacturers including Cisco, Aruba, and Arista. The successful candidate will drive technical sales support, solution design, and implementation delivery while building strong client relationships and contributing to our organization's growth. Key Responsibilities Presales & Customer Engagement • Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and develop networking opportunities with enterprise clients • Conduct technical discovery sessions and needs assessments with prospective customers • Design and present comprehensive network solutions that align with customer business requirements and technical constraints • Develop compelling technical proposals, statements of work, and detailed project scopes • Lead proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations to C-level executives and IT leadership • Provide accurate technical and commercial sizing for networking projects Solution Design & Architecture • Create high-level and low-level network designs for campus, data center, and hybrid cloud environments • Develop network architecture blueprints incorporating industry best practices and security frameworks • Design solutions utilizing Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, ISE), Aruba (Campus, Data Center, ClearPass), and Arista (Campus, Data Center) platforms • Architect secure, scalable, and resilient network infrastructures including routing, switching, wireless, and security components • Integrate networking solutions with existing customer environments and third-party systems • Ensure designs meet performance, security, compliance, and business continuity requirements Implementation & Delivery • Lead technical implementation of enterprise networking projects from design through deployment • Oversee installation, configuration, and optimization of network infrastructure components • Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex networking issues • Conduct network migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh projects • Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget parameters • Provide knowledge transfer and training to customer technical teams Technical Leadership & Development • Stay current with emerging networking technologies, industry trends, and vendor roadmaps • Contribute to the development of standard methodologies, best practices, and technical documentation • Participate in vendor training programs and maintain relevant technical certifications Requirements Education & Experience • Minimum 7+ years of enterprise networking experience with focus on design and implementation • 5+ years of presales or customer-facing technical consulting experience • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex networking projects in enterprise environments Technical Skills • Core Networking: Expert-level knowledge ofrouting protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), switching technologies (VLANs, STP, VPC), and network services (DHCP, DNS, NTP, QoS) • Cisco Technologies: Extensive experience with Cisco Catalyst switching, Nexus data center platforms • Aruba Technologies: Proficiency with Aruba campus and data center switching, wireless solutions, and ClearPass policy management • Arista Technologies: Experience with Arista switching platforms, EOS operating system, and CloudVision management • Data Center: Experience with data center networking, virtualization integration, and modern data center fabrics • WAN Technologies: Familiarity with SD-WAN, MPLS, and hybrid WAN architectures Professional Skills • Outstanding presentation and communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences • Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional technical teams • Excellent written communication skills for creating technical documentation and proposals • Customer service orientation with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Preferred Qualifications • Advanced vendor certifications such as: • Cisco: CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Data Center, or CCIE • Aruba: ACMP, ACMX, or ACDX certifications • Arista: ACE Level 3/4 certifications
