What You'll Do The Junior Talent Solutions Specialist supports the Talent Solutions team in achieving organizational staffing goals across technical infrastructure, fiber, data center, and low-voltage technician roles. This position assists with coordinating agency-submitted candidates, conducting Teams interviews, managing onboarding workflows, presenting verbal offers, and facilitating contract worker (CW) to full-time employee (FTE) conversions. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow their recruiting expertise in a fast-paced, people-focused environment while contributing to E2 Optics’ mission of hiring exceptional talent. Promote company Core Values to sustain a positive, family-centric, and inclusive workplace culture. Collect job requirements from sites and communicate needs to staffing agencies. Conduct Microsoft Teams interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for assigned roles. Partner with staffing agencies to manage candidate submissions and ensure all required documentation is received to successfully onboard all candidates. Schedule and coordinate Teams interviews between hiring managers and agency candidates. Maintain communication between agencies, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Coordinate with site HR and management to successfully negotiate and execute contract conversions (Contract Worker-to-Full Time Employee transitions). Present verbal offers to CWs during the conversion process, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with approved compensation. Negotiate any conversion counteroffers directly with CWs and site management, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and business objectives. Work collaboratively with FTE Coordinators in the execution of conversion offers, maintaining open communication and strong teamwork to ensure a smooth transition process. Assist Talent Solutions Recruiters with their current workload Run staffing reports and communicate weekly updates with sites regarding current CW status, onboarding progress, and conversion timelines. Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics. What We Are Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: 1–2 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience (internships or related coordination roles welcome). Experience collaborating with external staffing agencies preferred. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Teams and other virtual collaboration platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization, follow-up, and time management abilities. Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with team members. Interest in building a long-term career in recruiting and talent acquisition. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight, confined spaces.
