OptiTranz LLC is looking for a Driver Manager / Load Planner who thrives on problem-solving, clear communication, and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our fleet operations—ensuring drivers are scheduled efficiently, loads are planned accurately, and customers receive top-notch service. What You’ll Do: • Coordinate and manage daily driver operations for maximum efficiency. • Plan and schedule loads while ensuring compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations. • Monitor driver performance and provide proactive support. • Serve as the key link between drivers, customers, and internal teams. • Resolve operational challenges quickly and keep our fleet ready to roll. What We’re Looking For: • A strong logistical mindset and attention to detail. • Prior transportation experience with knowledge of HOS compliance. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet. • Proficiency in transportation software and basic computer skills (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (a plus). • Previous experience in logistics or transportation industry (highly beneficial).
