Job Title: Project Manager (Retail domain experience is preferred) Location: United States or Canada (Remote) Experience Level: 12+ Years About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead two of our most critical, multi-year technology initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving strategic transformation, ensuring delivery excellence, and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in managing complex technical programs, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project management. • Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and executive stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. • Drive agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across distributed teams. • Communicate project status, dependencies, and decisions clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization. • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in enterprise-scale environments. • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives. • An understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and modern tech stacks. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. • Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira, and SAP S/4HANA. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments & strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset. This position will need to be filled by someone with senior-level experience-specifically, someone who has successfully led large enterprise projects and is comfortable navigating cross-functional environments. The individual will be expected to work across two key programs within our portfolio, both of which are high-visibility and require strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.
