Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mortgage Pipeline Capital Markets Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the evaluation of investment opportunities, support financial modeling, and assist in strategic decision-making processes related to capital markets activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of financial software, and a passion for financial analysis within a fast-paced environment. Duties • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities and market trends • Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders • Monitor capital markets developments, including interest rates, credit spreads, and economic indicators • Support the execution of debt and equity transactions by coordinating with internal teams and external partners • Utilize financial software tools to analyze data, generate forecasts, and maintain accurate records • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic recommendations based on market insights • Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices affecting capital markets activities Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus • Proven experience in financial analysis or capital markets roles preferred • Proficiency with financial software such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar platforms is highly desirable • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets • Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and presenting findings effectively • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Prior internship or professional experience in finance or investment banking is advantageous but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Dependent care reimbursement • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
