Accounts Payable Specialist Position Details: Location: Remote Schedule: Pay: $20.50/hour Benefits: DYOPATH offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being. Explore our full benefits at www.dyopath.com/careers Key Responsibilities: Payables Management: Meet deadlines as outlined in monthly close calendar. Manage AP group mailbox ensuring vendor Invoices are vouched timely. Scan mailed vendor Invoices and save In virtual vendor folders. Reconcile and code monthly credit card statements. Provide Information needed for monthly AP accrual. Reconcile subcontractor invoices to time entry in Company system. Prepare, code and enter batches of vendor invoices in ERP; submit batches to Controller for review and approval. Provide cash requirements report for payment approval. Setup ACH/wires in bank for approved vendor payments. Post vendor payments in ERP. Record bank debits from vendors correctly and timely. Payables Maintenance: Reconciliation of vendor accounts to vendor statements and routine maintenance of accounts. Respond to vendor inquiries promptly. Request refunds of overpayments from inactive vendors. Other Duties as Assigned: Assist in pulling vendor invoices, payment support for annual audits or as requested. Backup to accounts receivable. Special projects. Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, NetSuite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated and organized individual. Ability to work independently within a team environment. Detail oriented and organized Microsoft Excel proficiency. Minimum Required Education and/or Experience Requirements: High School Diploma required. Three years of accounts payable experience required. Preferred Education and/or Experience Requirements: Two-Year Degree preferred. Experience in Professional Services or Managed Services environment. Ready to Join the DYOPATH Team?
