Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Product Managerto own and lead an enterprise-grade digital payments platformsupporting automobile-related services such as emergency roadside assistance, vehicle insurance, and other vehicle owner services. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, driving go-to-market execution, and owning business outcomesfor payment capabilities across a complex partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital payments, wallet integrations, and large-scale partner integrations, with experience operating in regulated, high-availability environments. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycleof the digital payments platform, including strategy, roadmap, launch, and continuous optimization Define and execute the payments product vision, roadmap, and KPIs, aligned with enterprise business objectives Lead integration of payment gateways, processors, digital wallets, alternative payment methods, and emerging payment technologies Own and manage partner integrationswith payment providers, banks, wallet providers, insurers, and mobility service partners Drive go-to-market strategyfor payment capabilities, including pricing, monetization models, and adoption strategy Ensure scalable, secure, and highly availablepayment processing across multiple automotive service offerings Partner closely with engineering, architecture, security, and compliance teamsto meet regulatory and industry standards (PCI-DSS, data privacy, fraud prevention) Collaborate with automobile service and insurance teamsto embed seamless, low-friction payment experiences into customer journeys Leverage customer, transaction, and performance datato continuously improve conversion, reduce payment failures, and optimize user experience Required Qualifications 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on digital payments, fintech platforms, or payment infrastructure Hands-on experience with payment gateways, processors, digital wallets, and payment orchestration platforms Proven experience integrating third-party partners, including banks, wallet providers, insurers, and mobility service providers Strong understanding of payment flows, settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, and fraud management Solid business and financial acumen, with experience driving revenue, margins, and platform adoption Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder managementskills Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, mobility services, insurance, or adjacent industries Experience owning payment products from concept through go-to-market in the US Background working in regulated, enterprise-scale, high-availability environments Familiarity with US payment ecosystems and compliance requirements
