As the Sr Dir/ Vice President of Corporate Marketing, you’ll be a driving force behind our global marketing strategy, leading our brand identity and brand awareness efforts across marketing communications channels including public relations, advertising, social media, events, and content. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll shape how the world sees Dynatron and inspire your team to achieve greatness. What You’ll Do Design and execute a visionary corporate marketing strategy that positions us as the market innovator and thought leader. Own and evolve the brand identity and voice to align with the company position and vision, and support aggressive growth goals. Spearhead awareness programs, driving high-impact advertising, as well as earned and owned media strategies that elevate our visibility and reputation. Cultivate relationships with top-tier media and influencers to tell our story in compelling ways. Lead and execute multi-channel, multi-platform communications programs that amplify our PoV, engage the market, and convey our deep industry expertise. Drive positioning of our brand and products to capture the hearts and minds of our target market and inspire change. Design, build, and grow our advocacy programs to support innovation and marketing initiatives. Grow our social media presence with creative campaigns and effective programs that drive awareness and engagement. Inspire and develop team: build, inspire, and empower a high-performing team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and results. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. What You Bring Led B2B technology company corporate marketing or marketing communications function from early through scale stages and successful exit or IPO. 15+ years of corporate communications or marketing communications experience, in B2B mid-market or enterprise software. Minimum of 7 years as a leader, including proven success in managing teams of 10+ and scaling marketing functions across multiple domains (advertising, PR, content, social, etc.). Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing, distributed teams. Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a track record of crafting compelling narratives. Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure marketing impact. Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. Certification in Pragmatic Marketing, or PMA. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
