Manage multiple digital advertising projects including client communication, tag implementation, data analysis, and coordination with sales and product teams.
Requires analytical mindset, multitasking ability, knowledge of digital media and ad products, and familiarity with online advertising platforms and reporting tools.
Overview on daily tasks within the AdOps role: • Daily client communication via email and weekly client calls • Project setup within ADimension and tag generation • Lead publisher and partner communication for tag implementation • Monitor and check data on a frequent basis – per project (generally running anything from 15-25 projects at a time). • Impression checks and data analysis • Troubleshoot any data issues or panel exposure issue in combination with product team. • Setup YouTube studies in Google Ads platform • Setup and run social measurement projects with the Meta (Facebook) platform. • Co-ordinate with sales and project managers on project status to ensure we achieve expected quota. • Contribute to internal documentation creation and updates. • Support in team trainings and knowledge sharing Skills and Attributes identified for the role: • Analytical mindset • Multitasker and capable of handling multiple requests at a time • Creative thinker with the ability to solve complex problems. • Clear communicator • Passionate and knowledgeable about existing and emerging digital media and ad products • Excels in working in a process orientated environment. Bonus: • Bachelor or University degree • Understand basics of the Online Advertising Industry. • Knowledge in Web Analytics and possibly Ad management systems like Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads or other DPS such as The Trade Desk and Flashtalking. • Experience with reporting and reconciliation in Excel • Well versed in Microsoft Office tools
