About the Role: The Program Manager serves as the Contractor's lead and authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. This role is responsible for overall contract performance and the successful management and completion of multiple technical tasks within assigned programs. The PM will formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise contractor personnel, and communicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates within a cybersecurity environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact with Government CO, COR, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives Oversee overall contract performance and ensure successful delivery of program objectives Manage and complete multiple technical tasks across assigned programs Formulate and enforce work standards and quality benchmarks Assign and manage contractor schedules to meet project deliverables Review and address work discrepancies in a timely manner Supervise contractor personnel and foster a collaborative team environment Communicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals effectively to subordinates Manage and control program funds and resources Coordinate program delivery across multiple subcontractors and third-party vendors Lead complex software project initiatives, particularly in healthcare environments Guide SAFe Agile engineering project development from inception to deployment Requirements Required Professional Skills: Proven experience managing complex software projects, with healthcare projects highly preferred Specialized expertise in SAFe Agile engineering project development from inception to deployment Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction on complex technical tasks Proven expertise in managing and controlling funds and resources Strong capability in managing multi-task contracts of significant complexity Experience managing program delivery across multiple subcontractors and third-party vendors Extensive experience with increasing responsibilities in information systems design and management Proven track record of leading large technical teams Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred SAFe Agile Certification preferred Preferred Professional Skills: Experience working on federal government contracts Background in cybersecurity environments Experience with healthcare IT systems and compliance requirements Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Advanced risk management and mitigation capabilities Dynanet Team Requirements and Expectations: Possess Strong written and verbal communication skills.
