Roles & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with other developers, IT, and end-users during software development • Maintain and support internally developed technical solutions • Understand technical design and execute software design and development • Complete custom programming assignments as a participant in an agile (scrum) development team • Support, and help document software functionality • Maintain coding, compliance, and security standards Requirements: Dynanet Team Requirements and Expectations: • Possess Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized with an ability to prioritize, balance, and effectively advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. • Ability to interact in a professional and collaborative manner with fellow Dynanet Teammates and the clients, and business partners that we work with. • Ability and desire to challenge and educate yourself to support and advance IT services delivery in the Federal agencies we serve. • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills. • Respond to team member and client requests via email, MS teams, or other communication means during core business hours. • Active listening skills to understand clients' needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers. Education/Experience Requirements: • Comfortable working with both front- and back-end languages. • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (like C#, Java and Python) and JavaScript frameworks (like Angular, React, and Vue). • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (like HTML, CSS and JavaScript). • Familiar with databases (like MySQL and MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design. • Experience with testing and debugging. • You have an eye for layout aesthetics. • You're analytical and good at time management. • Great communication and problem-solving skills. • You're curious about new technologies and you're excited to find ways to implement them in your work. • You have a big appetite to learn and improve your skills. • Conducts design and development of software, determination of interfaces, and technical feasibility analysis.
