The Opportunity We’re seeking a driven and well-connected Sales Lead to spearhead new business growth. This is a commission-based, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and has existing relationships within the diagnostics, MedTech or life sciences ecosystem. You’ll be the face of DynaMill to these sponsor companies seeking clinical trial execution partners — identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and closing deals that drive measurable growth. What You’ll Do • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with diagnostics, MedTech and Life science companies. • Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and partnership cultivation. • Lead the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation and proposal creation to contract negotiation and closure. • Collaborate with internal clinical and regulatory teams to craft tailored, high-impact proposals. • Represent DynaMill at industry events, conferences, and webinars to strengthen brand visibility. • Track and report key performance metrics related to outreach, opportunities, and conversions. What We’re Looking For • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within clinical research, diagnostics, MedTech or life sciences. • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes (510(k), CLIA, PMA pathways). • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who can operate independently. • Existing industry network is a strong plus.
