We are is seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Sales Manager/Director to lead revenue growth within our gaming and entertainment verticals. This position requires a strong leader with exceptional communication skills, strategic vision, and a proven ability to drive business performance. Key Responsibilities • Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. • Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the gaming and entertainment sectors. • Lead, coach, and motivate sales team members to meet individual and collective goals. • Prepare detailed forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for leadership review. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to optimize sales initiatives. Knowledge and Skills • Understanding of the gaming and entertainment markets, including industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviors. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities. • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with shifting priorities. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve common goals. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the gaming and/or entertainment industry. • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals. • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team. • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools; Google Workspace proficiency required.
