Responsibilities Job Purpose Successful candidates should be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources. Key Accountabilities • Responding and resolving desktop support inquiries via our ticketing system, email, or phone. (ServiceNow) • Excellent communication skills are a must (face-to-face, written, and telephone) • Good organizational skills, able to handle projects and prioritize tasks as they present themselves • Software Support - troubleshooting, installing, upgrading, and removing applications. (Windows 10, Office365) • Hardware Support - troubleshooting, reimaging, and building client machines • Mobile Device/Tablet - troubleshooting, upgrading and setup assistance • Active Directory Administration - user accounts, security groups • Conduct User IT Orientation to go over resources and services • SharePoint - site creation, administration, and troubleshooting • Unified Communications - Cisco Webex, Call Manager, MS Teams administration and troubleshooting Qualifications Experience/Qualifications/Education Required Educational Requirements 4-year Degree in Information Systems /Computer Science or Associates/Computer Certification. Required Work Experience Minimum 2 Year’s Service Desk experience, some server administration a plus. Additional Requirements • Able to work flexible and weekend hours • Able to follow direction, work with the team, and work independently • Understanding of Asset Management systems such as LANDesk or SCCM • Familiarity with Lenovo ThinkPad laptops and Dell OptiPlex desktops Dynamic Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
