Type: Commission-based with potential Equity Industry: PropTech / SaaS Company: Dwelio — “The Airbnb of Property Management”🏠 About Dwelio We’ve built Dwelio, a new kind of property management platform designed for small landlords — people with 1-99 units who want something as easy as Venmo and as powerful as AppFolio. With Dwelio, landlords can: • Collect rent (ACH and card) • Track and assign maintenance requests • Communicate directly with tenants and vendors • Handle 1099 tax filings automatically • Manage everything on mobile-first software that actually feels fun to use We’ve built the foundation. Now we need a sales visionary to help scale it. 💼 Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who’s: • Sold or marketed property management software before — ideally at AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, TurboTenant, or DoorLoop • Obsessed with hustle, autonomy, and ownership • Excited by commissions, not salaries • Wants equity upside in a fast-moving startup • Understands the problems small landlords face (collecting rent, late payments, maintenance chaos) • Can help us shape our pricing, design onboarding, and lead early sales ops You’ll have full control over the sales motion — pricing, messaging, outreach strategy, and onboarding playbooks.
