The Supervisory Supply Management Specialist - Assistant Chief Supply Chain Officer (ACSCO), serves as the alternate to the Facility Chief Supply Chain Officer (FCSCO) and is assigned continuing responsibility for managing a major part of the Logistics Service in the supply chain management (SCM) program with the direction and opinion of this role having the same authority given to the Service Chief.
