Job Details Level: Experienced Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $28.90 - $36.15 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Swing Job Category: Installation - Maint - Repair Description JOB DUTIES Connect electrical wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points. Cut wire to specified lengths and route, comb, twist, wrap, tie, and attach wire to terminal points. Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble as required. Perform tasks requiring knowledge of a combination of processes, operations, and equipment. Work from production blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, wire lists, sketches, and verbal instructions to produce electrical or electromechanical subassemblies. Use fine motor skills to assemble small parts with excellent dexterity. Sit at a workstation for extended periods. Identify and report problems to group lead or manager. Access and follow drawings from computer system. Work in a safe and healthy manner. Scan on and off jobs. Use visual boards for communication and KPI tracking. Display professional conduct with customers and coworkers. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Two plus years of hands-on electrical experience with wiring Hand tools provided by NPI along with specific on-the-job training. Ability to read work instructions, assembly drawings, and schematics. Detail-oriented Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, stressful environment. Mission-focused with a sense of urgency when required. Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to work well with others. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Climate-controlled setting. Standing and walking required. Lifting up to 50 lbs at times. Bending, twisting, turning, and using hands required.
