About the Role: As a Manager in Dunkin's Diamonds, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within our store.. Your primary objective will be to lead a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, training staff on product knowledge, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, ensuring that our store remains competitive in the market. Minimum Qualifications: • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector. • Strong understanding of diamond jewelry and the retail sales process. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to achieve sales targets. Preferred Qualifications: • Jewelry Knowledge • Experience with CRM software and retail management systems. • Previous experience in training and mentoring sales staff. Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques among staff. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Manage inventory levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked with the latest diamond jewelry collections. • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and development.
