Role Overview We’re seeking a tech-savvy Junior Digital Signage Project Manager to join our team. This role will support digital signage installations by coordinating with skilled field technicians, assisting in the handling and setup of professional AV equipment, and ensuring project success. You’ll also take on generalist responsibilities that may include participating in project installations, supporting client meetings, and adapting to evolving project needs. Key Responsibilities • Field Labor Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating skilled field labor for digital signage installations. • Tech-Driven Project Support: Help manage project timelines and contribute to on-site setup, including handling and operating professional AV equipment. • Communication & Documentation: Maintain clear communication with technicians, document project progress, and provide follow-up to ensure successful installations. • Flexible Generalist Tasks: Support various project needs, including client meetings, on-site assistance, and any flexible duties as required for installations. Qualifications • Strong communication skills, able to effectively coordinate with diverse technician teams. • Technically proficient, with comfort in handling and operating AV and digital signage equipment. • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to shifting project needs. • Interest in digital signage, AV technologies, or project management.
