Support HR systems administration, generate reports, assist with user support and training, and partner with HR and Finance to improve workflows.
2-4 years experience with HR systems or operations, proficiency in Excel, knowledge of HR processes, and preferably experience with Dayforce and iCIMS.
Description: • Support the administration of HR systems (Dayforce, iCIMS, and others) by maintaining data accuracy, running reports, and assisting with user access and troubleshooting • Partner with HR and Finance teams to improve day-to-day workflows such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits processing • Generate and maintain routine reports and dashboards to help with compliance and workforce tracking • Assist with HR system updates, testing, and small process improvement projects • Provide first-line support and training for HR staff and managers on system use • Use sound judgement to escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed • Stay current on HR compliance basics and help ensure reporting needs are met Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Good communication and customer service skills for supporting internal teams • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new reporting tools • Working knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, benefits, and recruiting • Experience with Dayforce (HR, Payroll, WFM) preferred; exposure to iCIMS or similar platforms a plus • 2–4 years of experience working with HR systems or HR operations • Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check • Dudek is a U.S.-based employer and positions require U.S. work authorization • ERP, HRIS, or CRM administration experience; background in accounting, marketing, or professional services operations (minimum requirement) Benefits: • Dudek is a 100% employee-owned firm • Award-winning culture and national Top Workplace Awards • Remote or office-based environment • Standard office equipment provided (computers, phones, printers) • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunities • Pre-employment drug test and background check required (note: not a benefit)
