Full Description

Job Description: • The Senior Director, GTM Lead of Professional Services (P&C) is a senior management role responsible for directly leading the sales function to achieve professional services revenue targets. • Provide overall leadership and direction for solution architecture teams, including workforce planning, performance management, coaching, career development, and readiness to support sales and delivery. • Establish and maintain solution architecture standards, reference architectures, and best practices aligned with Duck Creek products, cloud platforms, and integration patterns. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 12+ years of progressive experience in P&C insurance enterprise services sales and architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles. • 5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams. • Demonstrated experience designing and governing large-scale, enterprise, cloud-based software solutions.
