Description Summary The Enrollment Management Administrative Assistant supports the mission of Duchesne Academy by delivering high-quality administrative, operational, and event coordination support to the Enrollment Management team. This role serves as a warm, professional, and proactive point of contact for current and prospective families, contributing to a positive experience throughout the admissions and enrollment process. Primary Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support • Prepare and distribute enrollment reports as needed. • Receive and manage phone and email inquiries, ensuring warm, respectful, and timely communication with current and prospective families. • Interact professionally with students, faculty, parents, and school administration. • Attend calendar meetings on behalf of Enrollment Management and ensure accurate scheduling and follow-up. • Upload, organize, and maintain admissions application materials. • Assist with the re-enrollment process for current families. Event & Program Coordination • Support planning, logistics, and execution of all Enrollment Management events. • Prepare work orders, materials, and documentation for events and admissions committee review meetings. • Organize permissions slips, transportation, and work orders for Grade 8 feeder school visits. • Assist with coordinating student ambassador meetings and activities. Systems & Data Management • Troubleshoot Veracross issues, particularly for prospective families navigating the admissions portal. • Update admissions and enrollment portals to ensure accuracy and timely publication of information. Marketing & Communications Support • Update and reorder marketing materials as needed. • Assist with content and engagement for the Enrollment Management Instagram account. • Participate in interviews with prospective families. Requirements Minimum Qualifications/Prior Experience/Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree required. • Experience with Veracross and Microsoft Excel. • Prior experience in school settings, preferably independent schools. • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
