Our flagship product, an advanced clarifier, efficiently removes solids, phosphates, and metals from pool water, ensuring a sparkling and stain-free experience for our customers. Role Overview: As a B2B Outside Sales Representative at DualPool, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with commercial clients. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, presenting our advanced pool maintenance solutions, and driving sales growth through strategic outreach and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do: - You will identify and engage potential commercial clients to introduce DualPool’s innovative pool maintenance products. - You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs. - You will negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. - You will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide client feedback and market insights. - You will manage your sales pipeline and report on sales activities and forecasts. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote DualPool’s solutions. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in the pool maintenance, water treatment, or related industries. - You possess strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. - You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable with frequent travel. - You demonstrate self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with technical product sales or knowledge of pool maintenance technologies. - Existing relationships within the commercial pool or hospitality sectors. - Familiarity with environmental regulations related to water treatment. - Additional language skills to support diverse client interactions.
