WHAT WE DO: We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners. DTI has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator to support a high-visibility initiative in Chicago, IL. This is a long-term contract opportunity (through June 2026) for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working with cross-functional teams. Local Consultants only Consultant must report onsite 5 days per week to different worksites throughout Chicago Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s license Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. • Support Project Managers in preparing comprehensive action plans including resources, timeframes, and budgets. • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report on key milestones. • Perform administrative duties including documentation, tracking deliverables, and handling budget or procurement activities. • Assist with inventory management, which may involve some manual labor and light-to-moderate lifting. • Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and analytics tools). • Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met. • Travel as needed to project sites (must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license). Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar support role. • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Basecamp, or Trello. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. • Strong communication and client-facing abilities. • Familiarity with risk management, quality assurance, and budget tracking. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred. • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. • Ability to travel and perform light physical work related to inventory activities. Pay rate: $40-$45hr
