Job Summary: DT Professional Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Government Proposal Pricing Analyst to support the development of compliant, competitive, and well-documented pricing for U.S. Government proposals. This role partners closely with business development, contracts, finance, and operations to ensure pricing strategies align with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop detailed cost and price models for government proposals, including labor, materials, subcontractors, and indirect rates. Ensure compliance with FAR 15.403 and 15.408 requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data, including preparation and support of required certifications. Ensures adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), and DT Pro policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, compliance, submission, and post-submission updates/revisions. Ensure all pricing is compliant with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations. Analyze historical cost data, labor rate structures, and indirect rate forecasts to inform pricing strategies. Prepare pricing narratives, cost volumes, and supporting documentation for proposal submissions. Support fact-finding, audits, and negotiations with government contracting officers and DCAA/DCMA. Collaborate with contracts and legal teams to assess risk and ensure contractual compliance. Maintain pricing templates, tools, and standard work instructions to improve efficiency and consistency. Participate in proposal reviews to validate accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance. Review Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy. Support various business management and operations functions. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS cost principles and compliance requirements. Experience supporting compliance with FAR 15.403 and 15.408 requirements for certified Cost or Pricing Data, including preparation of required certifications. Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a proposal-driven environment. Familiarity with cost estimating software (e.g., PROPRICER, Deltek Costpoint). Understanding of indirect rate structures and earned value management concepts. Experience working with large, complex IDIQ, CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration preferred.
