They will work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and support.   Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the transportation and logistics industry Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the existing client base Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition Provide regular reports and updates to management on account status and progress   Educational background / Work experience Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management in the transportation and logistics industry Experience working with large, complex clients   Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills   Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Processes Supervisory Responsibilities (if any) May manage a team of account managers or coordinators   Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in business or logistics Experience working with DSV's specific industry verticals (e.g. automotive, healthcare, retail)   Language skills Fluent in English (oral and written)   Computer Literacy Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Familiarity with logistics-specific software (e.g. TMS, WMS)  For this position, the expected base salary is: $69,000 - $104,000 / Annual.  Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations DSV offers a comprehensive benefits program designed to support the health and well-being of employees and their families. Benefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as flexible spending accounts (FSAs), health savings accounts (HSAs) (for eligible plans), and short- and long-term disability coverage.    Employees also have access to wellness resources, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, and other support benefits.
