Discover more at dsmihealth.com   Your key responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate, timely KPI reporting for the US Healthcare channel, delivering insights that drive performance. Analyze complex data sets and transform them into actionable insights through compelling dashboards and presentations. Activate channel segmentation storytelling by turning raw data into clear, strategic narratives for internal and external audiences. Deliver ad-hoc reporting and showcase analytical best practices to support ongoing business evaluation and decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to inform strategies and accelerate business outcomes. A community where your voice matters – it is essential to serve our customers well.   You bring Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in analytics in CPG; healthcare analytics experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and KPI reporting. Advanced proficiency in analytical platforms and Salesforce CRM to enable strategic, data-driven insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and virtual teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Health & Wellness categories and a continuous learning mindset to drive innovation and improvement.   The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $97,600-$150,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
