Your Key Responsibilities: Segment Ownership: Develop and execute strategies for assigned product segments, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities to achieve strategy execution. Product Launch Support: Drive successful launches through planning, training, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Account Strategy: Partner with account managers in assigned accounts to create tailored business plans, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen customer engagement to growth pipeline. Training & Enablement: Deliver training sessions for customers, distributors, and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and adoption. Reporting & Analytics: Track activities, report on performance, and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making. Business Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand market share and revenue streams. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $125,000-$160,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
