Role Overview This position is a key contributor to driving operational excellence and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The individual will lead strategic initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, mentor project teams, support site-level improvement efforts, and apply data-driven insights to enhance performance and deliver sustainable results. Key Responsibilities: • Assist sites in implementing a standardized operating model aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring consistent execution. • Champion a safety-first culture by initiating programs that improve practices and outcomes across operations. • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate project success, providing actionable insights and progress updates to stakeholders. • Lead Lean Six Sigma projects focused on reducing inefficiencies, improving quality, and enhancing productivity. • Apply tools and strategies to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) at the site level. • Streamline reporting processes and improve data integrity using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. • Work closely with plant teams, engineers, and leadership to identify and implement cost, quality, and operational improvements. • Deliver training on CI tools and techniques, including Green Belt certification, root cause analysis, and risk assessment. • Coach Green Belt candidates and project teams to ensure successful outcomes and skill advancement. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, STEM, business, or related field (preferred) • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (highly preferred) • Strong communication and influencing skills • Proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, ERP systems) • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
