This remote sales position will require approximately 20 – 50% travel within the assigned region. As the Western Region Commercial Channel Manager (CCM), you will be responsible for driving DIRECTV subscribers by working with vendor partners in the Western Region. You will drive sales by building relationships with existing and new customers using strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel 20 – 50% of the time Responsibilities Prospect businesses and identify new partners interested in adding DIRECTV to their portfolio that they sell Identify, develop, and manage the database of potential and current customers in the Western Region Work as a team with vendor partners and internal DSI Channel teams to strategize best practices in order to grow the region Manage existing portfolio of dealers in the Western Region to: – Drive new sales – Keep DIRECTV at the forefront during every customer interaction – Provide training on new offers and promotions – Handle escalations in a prompt manner – Launch marketing/incentive programs – Provide sales support and guidance to partners (utilize leads, strategize, and execute growth plans, side-by-side selling, etc.) – Maintain dealer adherence to policies, procedures, and contractual guidelines to ensure program integrity and prevent fraudulent activity – Track and interpret sales data to identify opportunities, trends, and actionable insights. Present performance metrics and pipeline updates to leadership Meet with key customers and potential clients, attend vendor and internal meetings Support dealers across DIRECTV Commercial, Lodging & Institution (L&I) verticals Computer Skills Proficient in all Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Uncapped earning potential!
