Description What you’ll do Lead onboarding processes for new healthcare clients in the U.S. market. Provide product training and ensure a smooth implementation of our AI-powered platform. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and act as their trusted advisor. Monitor product adoption and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and R&D teams to share customer feedback and drive product improvements. Support customers with troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of issues. Requirements What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles — preferably in SaaS or Digital Health. Strong communication and presentation skills in English (native or near-native level). Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and explain complex products. Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Experience working with U.S.-based customers — a strong advantage. Familiarity with AI or NLP-based products — a plus.
