Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid) Team: Droplight Marketing Agency (DMA) Type: Full-Time About Droplight Droplight is a venture studio built for the new creator economy. The Role: Brand Manager (Client Success Lead) We are looking for a Brand Manager who can be the connective tissue between our clients and our creative engine. This person will manage relationships with clarity, confidence, and speed while keeping campaigns and deliverables moving with precision. You will work closely with leadership and the DMA team to translate strategy into execution, keep clients aligned with the Droplight vision, and ensure every brand is fueled, focused, and built with intention. What You Will Own Client Partnership and Communication • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned brands. • Manage expectations, timelines, priorities, and communication with clarity. • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and aligned with Droplight strategy at all times. Creative Execution and Campaign Flow • Take creative direction from leadership and translate strategic vision into actionable tasks. • Work closely with design, social, and content teams to keep projects moving. • Ensure all assets, campaigns, and activations reflect Droplight quality and culture. • Help protect creative time and remove workflow roadblocks. Project Leadership • Lead weekly check-ins and status updates for assigned brands. • Maintain clean and accurate Monday boards and track all deliverables. • Manage approvals, feedback, and the flow of assets between internal teams and clients. Brand Stewardship • Uphold Droplight’s creative standards and ensure alignment with our brand philosophy. • Champion clarity, courage, and culture in every deliverable. • Support intentional and thoughtful brand growth. What You Bring • Experience in account management, brand management, client success, or project management within a marketing or creative environment. • Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations. • Ability to manage multiple projects at once. • Interest in culture, content, and building meaningful brands. • A bias toward action, clarity, and forward momentum.
